Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, the sale of this service is at no cost to the homeowner - absolutely nothing except for the cost of their insurance deductible. The claim in question is to be considered a “no fault” claim not caused by the homeowner; this means that the premiums will not be raised or dropped.
